Disney Movie Club

Last week I received an envelope in the mail very similiar to the Columbia House CD/Video/DVD offer that has been around since I was at least in high school. However, this was for the Disney Movie Club. It was quite ironic that we had just talked about it during a playdate a few days before, but I figured that everyone in the area received it.
I have always said that I wanted to start LL on the Disney Classics library. I thought that this would be the perfect opportunity to really get our library started. So, I selected 5 Disney DVDs at $1.99 per DVD as long as I promised to buy 4 more within the next 2 years at around 19.95 a piece. I was even able to select my first 1 out of the 4 for a discounted price of $11.95.
So, we headed to the post office this afternoon to mail in our request. I can't wait to watch some of the Disney classics with LL that I haven't seen in years (I will probably be more excited than she is at first). Hopefully, she will also start becoming a little familiar with Disney before our fall trip.
I am hoping that this will be a great way to fill our Disney library and won't turn into a scam/regret.

After the post office, we headed to boyfriend's house for a playdate. LL was SO proud of herself for climbing their stairs......Mimi and Poppy better watch out-I am sure that she will try to conquer their hardwoods this weekend-good grief!
