On With the Countdown!

We headed back to school today and had a professional development/work day. It was nice to have a day to catch up with coworkers and get a little work down before welcoming the kiddos back tomorrow. We also had a chance to go out to eat which is an extra special treat for teachers! I also think that LL was mighty happy to see her teachers and friends as well as getting back to her daily routine.
After school, I headed to Wally World to pick up a few baby essentials for my cousin, who is having a shower this weekend. I can't believe that we will soon be welcoming another little one on my mom's side of the family--of which will be a boy--we really don't have too many of those on that side of the family!! Out of 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, this will only be the 4th boy! That side of the family is definitely dominated by women (and ones who are strong-willed at that!)
Hopefully the week will go smoothly and we will be able to survive the LAST nine weeks of this school year!
