It's Here!

Spring Break has finally arrived and it is starting with a bang! Last night we attended a surprise 30th birthday for a friend from Sunday School. We had a great time and everything was perfect! It was so sweet of his wife to get that all together! I had envisioned doing something like that when the mister turned 30...however, given that I was 39 weeks preggers with LL, it just didn't happen.

Today is also going to be quite the busy day. The mister will be working and I will be frantically trying to clean, clean, clean while juggling/entertaining LL. I have two showers that I have been invited to today and I am hoping to be able to go to them, however, I don't know if I will.

Tomorrow morning, we will head to church and Sunday school. Then, we will be getting a visit from my in-laws. We haven't seen them since the week of Christmas and we are excited to be able to spend the afternoon with them.

This week will be filled with lots of LL/mommy time. We will be having a playdate Monday with some friends and their little ones and also take some trips to some of our favorite little places during the week around town (the zoo, park, science center, etc!) We will finish Spring Break off by heading home to attend the best arts and crafts show! We may even have some friends coming with us. I can't wait to walk around in hopefully beautiful weather and eat some of my favorite "festival" foods---funnel cakes, cotton candy, potato ribbons, chicken on a stick, etc--YUMMO!!
