TGIF!!

Whew! Thank goodness this long busy week has come to an end. LL and I headed to the dr this afternoon for her 18mth check up. LL lucked out of not getting a shot b/c she was 6 days shy of being allowed to get her next booster. She did have to have her finger pricked, but took it like a little trooper! The dr assured me that she is right on track for everything. She has always been in the 50% for height, weight, and head circumference, but now her weight and head have been upped to the 75%.

After the dr, we headed to Target to get some diapers and I CRACKED up when I saw these:


Yes, Huggies has come out with a limited edition diaper that looks like Daisy Dukes--ha!

This evening, we kept LL's best (girl) friend and they had the best time together!! They were SUCH girly, girls! They dressed up in beads and my heels, strolled babies around the house, etc! We took them to Chick Fil-A for dinner and they were SO well behaved! They also LOVED being able to play on the playground afterwards (although I was about to SMACK some of the too-old-to-even-be acting-like-they-were-where-were-their-parents-kids!

St. Jude RULED OUT cancer--PRAISE THE LORD!! Tests will still have to be run to try to figure out why her platelets are SO low. Please keep Ella and her family in your prayers as they try to figure this out.
