Summer 2010 has officially started for the kiddos in our area. Tomorrow, we will have a workday for the teachers and then Summer 2010 will officially start for us. I love summer, although it always seems to fly by.
I fear that the summers will be different for the next several years due to the oil spill. I hope that they will be able to do something about it soon. I would like for the beach to be a place where LL frequents multiple times during summer break, much like I did as a child. In fact, I may be taking her there for a day or two next week :)
