Tis the Season

to be jolly?!?!

Although this is my most favorite time of the year, it is always the most stressful. I often think about how I would look completely bald, since there are so many times that I just want to pull my hair out.
-I distess trying to do everything that I need to do before being on a 2 week break from work....but then I thank God for giving me the opportunity to have a job, love the people that I work with, love having the opportunity to work with amazing children and parents who will always be a part of my life (even though some days I may not seem as grateful), and of course being able to get that little paycheck each month.
-I LOVE wrapping presents, until it starts to seem like a chore due to the fact that my pile keeps growing....but then I thank God for allowing us the opportunity to provide all of these gifts to our loved ones to show them how thankful we are to have them in our lives.
-I am so tired and irritable this time of year and little things such as me attempting to make dinner only for LL to throw it all off of her tray before even taking a bite makes me want to go over the edge...but then I thank God for allowing me to have this miracle in my life (although we DO need to start working on manners)!
-This year is especially hard as we watch the mister's grandmother having such a difficult time with her health. Hopefully she will make it through all of this. I thank God for allowing me the opportunity to get to know her and having her be an amazing part of our lives. We are especially blessed that she, as well as the other 4 living great-grandparents, have been able to watch LL continue to grow.
-It is so easy to get caught up in all of the hustle and bustle of the season, but we need to all remember what the true meaning is all about-the greatest gift of all...and that is a reason to be jolly!
