On Saturday, we visited with the mister's grandmother, who was still in the hospital. She slept the whole time and looked so peaceful. Saturday evening we celebrated Christmas with just the mister's parents. We all received some wonderful things. LL LOVED the wagon that she received. She actually refused to get out of it and opened all of her other presents in the wagon. It was too cute!
Unfortunately, during the night on Saturday, the mister's grandmother passed away. We were SO sad to hear this news, b/c we were really hoping that she would be able to pull through like she has before. However, we knew that she had been very ill over the past month with one thing after another, so she was tired of hurting.
She was an AMAZING woman. I fell in love with her the first time that I met her after the mister's college graduation and was so honored to be able to have her as my grandmother after we were married. I could not have picked a better one!
Here is a picture of her w/ LL and boyfriend at LL's sip n see in February. She LOVED being able to love on both babies. We will miss her!
