Tonight we went to Zoolight Safari. LL LOVED all of the lights. However, I think that she enjoyed the barn animals even more. We let her out of the stroller so that she could take a closer look and she just kept peeking at the goats through the fence.
During this time, I realized that we need to really be working on LL's vocabulary. While looking at the goats, a little girl who was exactly the same size as LL walked up, pointed to the goats, and said "Llama!" The mother quickly corrected her and said "No baby, goats." The child quickly repeated "goats!". I do not care if it was a goat, llama, pig, or donkey, I was Highly impressed to even hear "Llama" come out of that baby's mouth!
Geeze-the baby reading program is looking better every day!
