Today LL and I had a wonderful day off together with just the two of us. I thought that I was going to be in trouble when she gave me 2 poop diapers before 9:30am, but luckily, things changed for the better.
We started our day by running a few errands and then having lunch with LL's aunt and her boyfriend. We then ran a few more places and headed to the zoo. It was such a beautiful day to be outside. Thank goodness the nasty storm passed quickly!
Our favorite animal of the day was the white tiger. He came right up to the glass and just watched LL for a few seconds. I tried to grab my camera, but the battery went dead before I could snap a shot. I then grabbed my cell phone, but he walked away before I was able to take the pic.
After the zoo, we picked the mister up from work and took him to the airport. We were so sad to see him go.
After that, we went by ToysRUs to browse around so that we would miss some of the rush hour traffic. I am pretty sure that Santa has almost completed his shopping/toy making for LL!
We came home just in time to start the nightly routine. Boy, were we exhausted!
