Dashing through the Dough

Well, I can't exactly say that I am dashing through the dough yet....I didn't find quite as many gifts as I had hoped to find today. However, I was very strict with myself and only purchased things that I felt very strongly about getting. If I was able to walk away from a booth without regretting it, then I didn't go back to purchase whatever item I had looked at.
However, I did buy some YUMMY casserole kits, some things for my secret pal at school, some labels for Christmas presents, and two pairs of pants for LL (I am hoping to make her some super cute Christmas shirts for daycare).
We also had a delicious Panera breakfast and a yummy lunch at a local deli.
Once we were finished, we strolled through some shops in a nearby town and I also found LL two dresses that were on sale (I was looking for one that she would be able to wear to my cousin's wedding next weekend and I finally purchased one that was on sale that I had been eyeing for the past month).
Boy, was it nice to live the life of a non-working mom for the day!
In other news---LL's eyes seem to be getting better. I hope that this is the last time that we ever have pink eye!! It takes the two of us to put the drops in her eyes, and even then, we can barely get them in there.
I look forward to a Fun Friday tomorrow and a wonderful fall weekend!
