I am not sure if she was just that exhausted, doesn't feel well, or is just getting a little one-year-old attitude that I have had others speak of--but it has got to stop! I have heard enough whining to put me through Christmas as well as fit pitching here and there.
Yesterday, we went to a Fall Festival at my school with a college friend of mine and her 18mth old. We had a great time, but didn't stay long. Later, we made a grocery store run with daddy, took naps, and watched the Bama game. --Let me just say that I hope that we never have another one like that-whew!! Even my stomach was turning!
Luckily, we were able to go celebrate the "won by the skin of our teeth" game at a local Mexican restaurant.
Today, we all got up and headed to the early service and to Sunday School. We had a great time and LL was super excited that boyfriend was there. Afterwards, we went to a local meat and 3 place w/ the rest of the Sunday School group.
I think that we will be having to put LL on a diet sooner or later. This morning, she had a breakfast bar, puffs, and milk. Then, when she got to church (not even an hour later) she had another breakfast bar and a full cup of juice. When we went to pick her up, she was standing at the little table scraping Apple Jacks into her mouth. Once she saw us, she grabbed two handfuls before we could pick her up. At lunch (immediately following Sunday School), she ate mac-n-cheese, country fried steak, roll, and fried okra --and ate more than I did!
I took these pics yesterday (we are trying to get some more wear out of our Halloween outfits before next weekend and the mister blamed the game on the absence of LL's Bama dress). She was not in a good mood, the sun/shade was in our way, but oh well!
We have all taken naps today and now its time for a little cleaning and getting ready for the week. Luckily, we get to wear jeans all of this week at work to celebrate our school being Drug Free!
