Today the mister and I have spent the entire day cleaning up the house before school starts back. I know that it will be hard to keep it as clean once we are back into our daily routine, so I want it as clean as possible so that we can just do touch ups during the evening/weekends. I wish that someone would come and clean my house for me about once a week....maybe one day! It is especially hard now that LL is so mobile and picks up every little speck that she can find (as well as trying to maintain it w/ 2 pets).
Plus LL's aunt (my sister) and aunt's boyfriend will be coming up later this week and staying through the weekend. They have some stuff to do at school (they go to the same college that the mister and I went to which is about 30 minutes away from our house). The best part about it.... Aunt had offered to come help us with the first day of kindergarten this year-WOOHOO!!! It will be VERY good practice for her since she is cosidering a degree in Elementary Education.
I did manage to get away for a little while in order to get a pedicure. I just LOVE pedicures and am not able to get them often enough anymore. Today I got my favorite "summer color" Cajun Shrimp.
I guess even if I do look frazzled over the next couple of weeks, at least my toes will be pretty!
