The title also fit the trip as well! We of course went to the aquarium with boyfriend and future MIL. (They have a yearly pass and fought to get us in free with the guest pass--long story, but WOOHOO!!)
Once we got about 30 minutes down the road I realized something, I had forgotten to pack LL's stroller!! FABULOUS-a day at the aquarium without a stroller-how much fun would that be?!...I JUST FORGOT..
Next we start talking about where were are going to eat lunch, then I remember....I had forgotten her highchair cover-LOVELY....I JUST FORGOT....
SO, I ran into the first Wal-Mart that we came to along the way (mind you this is a 2 1/2 hour trip each way) and bought the cheapest stroller and highchair cover I saw.
I had also meant to buy LL some more puffs, but you guessed it..I JUST FORGOT!
Needless to say, the trip was actually a lot of fun! We had a yummy lunch and wonderful time at the aquarium (although again, some coaxing had to be done for LL and I to get in on the guest pass). We LOVED being able to see the two newest additions to the aquarium-baby penguins! We were even able to detour and see LL's grandparents on the way home and meet their newly adopted dog. We ate at Subway which was a disaster (they only had 1 highchair and it was broken-talk about fun)!
However, we enjoyed it and hope that we can go back again soon!
