Yesterday, we got back into our groove. LL went to school, and mommy attempted to do some cleaning (watching Law & Order episodes/resting). However, any cleaning was pretty much reversed when LL came home from school. She spilled/threw rice ALL over the freshly swept/mopped kitchen, unfolded mommy's pile of clean laundry, got out just about every toy that she owns, etc. And I wonder why I hate cleaning so much?! It takes so much time to do and it is ruined within seconds. Oh well, I guess that I will just put all of that on the bottom of my never-ending list.
On to something else:
We are going to spend a little time with some friends at the lake! We are so excited because they currently live in D.C., so we don't get to see them that often. Plus, they have a precious baby, whom we have never had the opportunity to meet. I can't wait to see how LL interacts with her and how she enjoys the lake/boat.
Other exciting news:
Another Disney outfit arrived! I had actually planned to get some type of Disney thematic smocked/appliqued outfit for each day that we will be there, but now mommy is being a little more practical and other than the two that I have already purchased, the other attire will more than likely come from LL's closet (won't be Disney themed, but still cute!) I *might* even make her a shirt for one day---or talk a very good friend into doing it for me since since is a little more motivated than I am in the sewing dept! We shall see!!
