Limit

I am ALL about smocked outfits, bubbles, rompers, jon-jons, etc. However, I believe that there should be a cut-off once a child really starts to lose the baby fat and look more like a toddler/child. Fortunately, girls are typically able to get away with this a little longer than boys are.
Some times you just have to realize that your little one is growing up and can't dress like a baby anymore. It would also help if the clothing manufacturers did not make bubbles/rompers in sizes bigger than about 24 months nor smocked dresses much bigger than 5 or 6. I saw this today and the only word that could come out of my mouth was "WOW!"
*disclaimer*-I have no idea who this child is. I am sorry if you know this child and I have offended you.
Bless this child's heart if he decides that he REALLY needs to go potty after drinking that bottle of water.

  1. HAHAHA!!! Oh my gosh, this made me giggle because it was so my sister in law a few years ago. My nephew wore these outfits FOREVER...he was 4+ yrs old, still wearing them. Rian made fun of her every time we saw them and said "stop dressing him like a little fairy!" To this day, I've never even put Robinson in a bubble outfit :)
