We had LL's 2nd First Birthday Party today and things went well....for the most part. We had a great time all weekend spending time with the mister's family. Everything seemed to be in order for the party and then the mister reported that our oldest child, the cat, was MIA. Since he is an indoor cat, we were scared that he had escaped during the cleaning. We looked everywhere and could not find him, even as guests were arriving. So, he and I decided to get in the car and look around town for him. We missed having lunch with everyone, but made it back in time for presents and cake, still with no cat.
After the party, we went on the search again and finally found him asleep under some things closed in the closet! He is now grounded from even making an appearance at Saturday's big event!
