Week 9

As I catch up on last week's events, I am so saddened by the fact that our summer will very soon be over-tomorrow is the last official day:(
On Monday, we met up with one of my best friends who I have known for 25 years. We helped her register for the upcoming arrival of her sweet girl. Afterwards, LL and I headed home.
On Tuesday, future MIL and I took the kiddos to see the production of Jack and the Beanstalk at the local children's theater. They had a blast! LL was especially interested in the giant..could stem from her love of Willy the Giant from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
On Wednesday,LL headed to have a fun day at her daycare provider's house. During that time, I cleaned out the pantry--something that was LONG overdue!
On Thursday,we headed to the pool. I am so sad that our pool time will be coming to an end all too soon:( Afterwards, future MIL and I took the kids to the Pizza Hut buffet!
On Friday, LL and I ran SEVERAL errands. That evening we grabbed some yummy food at the depot. LL's aunt and future uncle also arrived that evening to stay the weekend.
On Saturday, the mister and I spent several hours doing yard work and cleaning out the garage. That evening, we ate at Genghis Grill and brought yummy cupcakes from Gigis home:)
On Sunday, we all headed to my school in order to get my classroom ready for the new year-I can't believe that the time has come!! We also made a trip to the local outlets and scored some great deals:)
