Lately

I can't believe how quickly January came and went. We had a lot of fun during the month of January playing with all of our new Christmas toys, celebrating my birthday, having a quick girls' weekend to Market, and spending time with friends.
February is already here and we started this month out with a bang! LL's future mother in-law and I decided to take the kids on a LONG surprise trip this past weekend. It was so funny to see how they have no concept of time as their guesses included trips to the aquarium (boyfriends) and a trip to play at boyfriend's house (LL's guess). We drove several hours and stayed at a hotel that evening, and then woke up to finish the last leg of the trip.
Once they saw a famous welcome sign, they knew immediately where we were and they were SO excited!!

I will have to do another post highlighting all of the characters that we were able to meet. I was SO excited that we were able to meet so many characters that we had never had the opportunity of meeting before!
