Week 6

I can't believe that our 6th week of summer has come and gone! Last week was another fun week. On Monday, LL enjoyed a little pool time and watermelon at Mimi and Poppy's house before heading home. That evening, we headed to a friend's house for a 4th of July get together. We had delicious food, a great time socializing with friends who we don't get to see often enough, and an excellent view of the fireworks show from their backyard!
On Tuesday, LL and I had an errands/lazy day.
On Wednesday, LL and I headed to a fun splash pad with boyfriend, future MIL, and his baby brother. They had so many cute sprinklers and water features set up and the kids had fun. We headed to Pizza Hut afterwards to enjoy their lunch buffet-haven't done that in years!
On Thursday, we had a fun day at the pool.
On Friday, we enjoyed going to the library for story-time and then checking out some books and movies. LL LOVED being able to watch Dumbo, Peter Pan, and Lady and the Tramp. We can't wait for them to be released from the vault so that we can purchase them!
On Saturday, we had a blast at a friend's Pirate Party for his 3rd birthday. Everything was decorated SO cute and we had our first experience with a Pinata!
On Sunday, we headed to church and Sunday School and then had a lazy day at home watching the dvds from the library before returning them.
