This past week has flown by! We were super busy and have been all over the south!! We started off the week last Sunday attending the 1st birthday party of LL's boyfriend. I can't believe that he is already a year old! Someone else will be turning a year before we know it!! She LOVED watching him eat his cake (she even got to try a bite) and opening his presents.

On Monday we took our two sons (pictured below)
to the their grandparent's house (my in-laws) and went to the aquarium with LL's boyfriend and his mom. Tuesday night, LL's other grandparents (my parents) came to stay with us. Bright and early Wednesday morning we all packed up
and headed to Charleston for LL's first vacation. We really enjoyed our trip! We ate a TON of good food (LL LOVED being able to sit at the table w/ us in a highchair),
went on some tours (including LL's first ride on a horse and carriage
as well as her first ride on a boat as we went to tour the Fort).
We also did some shopping around town and in the open air market while LL cruised in her stroller,
went swimming at the hotel,
relaxed a little
tried out our new ducky bathtub
and went to a family friend's wedding.

The ceremony was quite long, but LL slept through it and EVERYONE loved her at the reception!
We had a wonderful time and look forward to many vacations to come! (The grandparents are already talking about Disney in a couple of years-oh boy!)
